▶▶使用方法

●洗顔やひげそり後に、ディスペンサー１回押し分を手にとり顔全体になじませます。お好みにあわせてローションなどで肌を整えてから使用することもできます。指先に適量（ディスペンサー１回押し分0.5mL）をとり、顔全体になじませます。

(オリジナルスキンワークアウトメソッド（顔体操）)オリジナルスキンワークアウトメソッドを行う際は、同量のディスペンサー１回押し分を肌に軽くのばした状態で行ってください。１．ディスペンサー１回押し分を塗布しながらほおを持ち上げるように大きく円を３回ほど描きます。２．両手のこぶしを使用し、フェイスラインの上をほぐしながら耳の下まですりあげます。

３．耳の下からあごの下まで、こぶしで首の付け根（フェイスラインの下）をほぐしながら鎖骨に向かってほぐしていきます。４．親指の水かき部分をあご先に合わせ、親指をあごの下から耳の下に向かってフェイスラインの下をすりあげます。

５． ３本指と親指でフェイスラインをはさみ、あごの下から耳の前まで、フェイスラインの上をすりあげます。６．唇を左に引き、右のほおを強くのばし、１０秒間キープします。

７．唇を右に引き、左のほおを強くのばし、１０秒間キープします。８．「笑顔」のポーズで口角を強く横に引き、１０秒間キープします。
